Imma hot box in the drop top.
Now the coupe look like a crock pot.
Old school cubes in my ear.
Damn they looking like Macintosh.
- Lil Yachty (track: Up Next 2)
The rap game can bring you many things. Cars, clothes, women, but for one Atlanta rapper fame was the allure that attracted him. First known for his popularity around the Atlanta scene, he first introduced himself as Yachty and mainly trying to establish relationships with the right people, the rapper part that came after. He has a unique look as well as style, most notably his red hair and his use 90's Nautica boat shirts, has helped him standout in the heavily saturated market of Atlanta . Lil Yachty like most young people are heavily into social media, Lil Yachty recognized how the powers of social media can help propel an unknown to a household name. In his case it was the use of the now popular SoundCloud account that helped propel him to a near overnight success. His hit '1 Night' has reached over 10 million streams and has built a loyal fan base that continues to grow. Staying true to his Auto-tune sound and loyal to his production crew, Lil Yachty is doing it his way. There is plenty of interesting story lines with Lil Yachty, but here are some quick facts about Lil Yachty.

Niggas know I spit that ether.
Bitch I ain't doin' no features.
Bout to cash out on that Porsche just to ride past my teacher.
- G Herbo (Track: Don't Worry)
G Herbo, formerly known as Lil Herb is steadily making his way through the rap scene. A Chicago native of the popular 'drill' scene, G Herbo's music has been heavy influenced by his environment. G Herbo grew up in the same neighborhood as Lil Bibby, were they first became friends while playing basketball, now both rappers, they have capitalized on this friendship and have been collaborating ever since. He describes himself as a 'Humble  Beast' by growing up in the jungle, but not being the bragging type, but to not be confused that the switch can flip when the time comes for it. G Herbo has an interesting take on doing what you want in life: "Anything that you want to do in life the same rules apply, hard work and dedication outshines talent." One thing that sets G Herbo apart may be his wisdom, which seems to be beyond his years, and in this game that will take you far in this game. Here's some quick facts about G Herbo:

Lil Uzi Vert also known as the self-proclaimed "rockstar rapper", is the very definition of the new era of rap. The origins  of his name 'Uzi' comes from a fan in the audience that heard him rapping and said he sounded like a Uzi when he raps. The 'Vert', part Uzi came up with himself and stands for the vertical leap to the top of game. His unique personality is what helps him connects with the new generation, but  also clash with some of the older generation's hip-hop purists. For example, in an interview on Hot 97 with DJ Ebro, Lil Uzi made numerous comments about not wanting to freestyle over classic hip-hop beats, most notably ones with a rhythmic drum pattern. For years freestyling over a classic hip-hop beat has been the almost 'rights of passage' and can give an artist the credit from older hip-hop purists. Another common theme with the upcoming generation is a similar flow pattern, which is most commonly compared with Future. Which Future has seem to embrace on his single 'Too Much Sauce', in which Lil Uzi Vert. Though again, many hip-hop purists say your flow is everything and makes you an artist. Whether good or bad, Lil Uzi Vert has carved out a lane that he is comfortable in, and his rockstar mentality is making waves. Here's some quick facts about Lil Uzi Vert.

Rap Name: Lil Uzi Vert

Everything you niggas want to get I done had that.
Know I'm sonning niggas so I started wearing dad hats.
                                               - Wicked Freestyle
Since the dawn of rap, no other rapper has been responsible for more students misspelling a word than Fabolous. (Yes Auto-correct ignore the squiggly red line.) But on the flip side not too many rappers have seen the longevity or have had the ability to last through the transition of physical media, to the current digital age that is upon us. One thing lays true is that the pen is definitely mightier than the sword in his case. With a slick word-play and bars that need an Autopsy to see the cause of death. Fabolous has made a name for himself by murdering some of the hottest tracks, with his uncanny SWAGGER, which has given him a new wave and classic mixtapes that literally crashes the servers. His style is showcased on his 'Wicked Freestyle' (See right quote), where he rides the beat in the only way he knows. The BROOKLYN WAY.
