The hardest part about starting to workout isn't day one. Day one your energetic, your tossing weights on the bar, your giving it 110%, you feel great afterwards. But that next day, you really start feeling that workout from day one. Your body aches and cramps, your sluggish and out of energy, and worst of all you still have go to the gym.
Pick a Problem:
Need to pay a bill and it's due on the 20th. Exactly 9 days from today.
For the next 9 days for 1 hour work on it:
1st day / 1st hour- I set up an Ebay account and a LetGo account to start selling things online.
Day 2 is not about seeing this crazy change overnight, cause change doesn't come overnight, it's gradual. It's incremental changes that add up to the difference between day 1, and the last day. I didn't make 1 million dollars on day 1, hell I didn't make $1, but you know what I did on day 2, I showed up. So day 2 is about showing up, doing the same thing you did yesterday (you might need to adjust your strategy a little) is what its about.
Day 2: Fuck YOUR Feelings and SHOW THE FUCK UP! Make a BOLD statement as Kendrick said in "Fuck Your Ethnicity". If you want to be rich it doesn't matter what your ethnicity is, you know what matters, is on day 2 and after did you SHOW THE FUCK UP!
What the fuck is you fighting for?
