Its Day 3, now your over a 1/3 of the way through with the challenge. YOU SHOWED THE FUCK UP yesterday, and you SHOWED THE FUCK UP today. But showing up isn't gonna solve your problem. Showing up is only part of the recipe to solve your problem. All great cooks have a recipe, whether it be in there heads or written down. So the same goes with solving a problem. SHOWING THE FUCK UP is just an ingredient in the recipe of solving your problem. So day 3 is all about having a RECIPE, or having a plan to get the perfect the desired outcome.
Pick a Problem:
Need to pay a bill and it's due on the 20th. Exactly 9 days from today.
For the next 9 days for 1 hour work on it:
1st day / 1st hour- I set up an Ebay account and a LetGo account to start selling things online.
Day 3 I didn't get anything sold, same story, I know. But yesterday I SHOWED THE FUCK UP and today I SHOWED THE FUCK UP. So why do things seem to be stuck in a stand still? It's time to look at the Recipe. So today I added more ingredients, I started to look at other hustles I could do. I signed up for Fiverr, an app that helps freelance artists get work. I started looking at the prices for what I was selling on Ebay and analyzing the market and seeing trends of what sells and what doesn't and whats a good price point. Also, I started doing researching local companies (By the way if you go to the library, you can get a sheet printed out that lists how much revenue local businesses made for the year, its public record, and crazy how Tulsa has a lot of businesses making over 6 figures.) to see opportunities I could explore with these local companies.
So day 3 is about stepping back and making sure you have the right RECIPE. Young Jeezy's explains it best in his song "RECIPE", once you have the right recipe and the right ingredients then you can solve any problem that comes your way.
Show you how to sway that rice, I got that recipe
